Rishikesh (Clue less)

Day 3

We were in all three friends together, we had no pre-bookings for anything.
We planned for this trip a week before and just a day before going, we heard the news of the rafting being banned in rishikesh, we were very sad and in a big doubt of going to the trip or no. But then we thought let's go we'll see whatever happens and will enjoy accordingly.
And then we reached at 8 in the evening at Kashmiri gate, Delhi to board the bus for rishikesh. And after we reached, we got to know that there are no buses available for rishikesh rather than the local bus for which we have to wait and we even didn't know how long we have to wait.
And then keeping hope, we were waiting there for 2 long hours, and finally we saw a bus going rishikesh and for the local bus, many people were waiting like us, so we had to rush like animals to get 3 seats in the bus and though there was rush in the bus so we did not sleep and we reached Rishikesh bus stop at proper 4 in the morning.

Day 2

At 4 in the morning, we had no clue where to go, what to do. No shops were open, auto stand people were sleeping peacefully in their auto. So we had to wait till 6, when we saw people and even the shops were open at that time. We had Maggie as our breakfast and went in search for camping and rafting people.
By the help of Google, we found one which was 3 kms far from our location so we decided to walk rather than taking an auto. So, we walked to the destination for booking a camping spot as well as for the rafting. There, we asked that person about the rafting issue, but then even he was in doubt about it, which made us go more clueless. And then after booking we went for our camping site which was around 20-25 kms away from Laxman jhula. And there we faced the problem of transportation, we had to book two scooty to go to our camping site. But before that, the rafting instructor suggested us to go for rafting first, coz it was about to close for months and we won't get a chance for next 4 to 5 months.
So, we changed our clothes at his booking office and then we signed the legal papers before rafting and then we had a seat in his jeep to go on the site of rafting. In the way between his office to the start point of rafting, we were stopped by the authorities saying that, "rafting is banned and you can't continue" but others were going because  they had their reciept a day before with themselves, and they even didn't gave us the receipt which we have to collect before rafting or else the boat will be ceased under the government officials, but we requested them and they said, "we won't give you the receipt, but if you want to continue then you can" so again we continued our journey to the start point and then when we reached there, we were again stopped and were asked to turn our vehicle back and leave, as they were not allowing us to go further, but again we requested them and then we went further.
When we were standing at river bank with all our gears on and waiting for our instructor to bring our boat, we saw him coming empty hands and saying us that they are not allowing us to continue, we all were very disappointed at that point, with three of us, there were more four people with us and were disappointed too!
But then again we pleaded the instructor like we came till here and now we don't wanna go back.
And finally, we were on the boat and the boat was on the river.
The experience was amazing.
We went for the 9kms rafting, which even had a halt in between where people were selling Maggie and even visitors were enjoying the thrill of cliff diving, even we did!
Then when we reached the last point, there was a government official who ceased our boat. And then after some time we were back to the Laxman jhula where we had to leave for the camping site.
We drove to the site were amazed after we reached the camp.
It was awesome. It even had a river with running water with a very little depth which was too pleasing and then we first got into our tent. We had our lunch at 4 in the evening and then we were waiting for the snacks to have our budvieser with.
We enjoyed a lot that night.
We had no network in our phone, so we truly enjoyed the ambience of nature over there.
