So here I am back with another blog sharing my wonderful experience of an one day family tour.
Being a student of a Tourism Institute,it was my first ever trip with the whole batchmate and some Seniors as well as faculties.But the enjoyment that I did was tremendously awesome.
So starting my blog this way...
My day started sharp at 5am in the early warm morning when I woke up shutting the snooze button of the irritable alarm.Then I awoke my other roomies to get ready as soon as possible because we have been given a fixed time to get ready and report right at the college sharp at 7am.
EARLY MORNING AND EARLY EXCITEMENT
As it was our first trip,everyone decided to make the trip to The Land Of Jagannath most famously known as PURI and the famous Sun Temple,Konark.
As we all know, Puri is known to be the spiritual city of Odisha and the city where lies the coastal charm boasting the sea beach in the Eastern Odisha.It is basically a piligrimage site for the Hindus and most famous for the festival called RATHA YATRA(Chariot Festival).
so we opted for a one day trip to Puri.
A bus was reserved for us.As there were two batches opted for the trip so two number of buses were reserved.we did our morning breakfast right in our college canteen and got up for the journey.Puri is about 56-58km from Bhubaneswar.we got into the bus sat in our respective choiceable seats and as always I love the window seat so I reserved it in advance keeping my backpack upon the seat.And thus we all started our journey at 8am with a loud mouth shouting JAI JAGANNATH together.

The most beautiful part was the road leading to Puri.It was so wonderful watching the coconut tress on either side of the roads and the high altitude cliffs though very less but very attractive to be described.

we entered the city at around 8:30am and stopped at a point or you can say a small halting it was.There was a rock made statue of Lord Garuda.Historically, it was made for Lord Garuda welcoming the devotees to The Land Of Lord Jagannath.It was huge and located inbetween a small pond.

Then came the most tireding though enjoyable part of the trip when we finally we reached near a point from where the temple of Lord Jagannath was acurately 3km.And we have to walk covering those 3km to reach the temple.And then we started our walking journey.The time was around 9:30am but walking under the hard sun was the most hectic thing during that journey.And ultimately we reached at the temple.We drank some water , rested for a while , kept our shoes and other things like bags,purses and other electronic devices at a place and went into the temple.It took about 1.5hrs to worship the whole temple and returning back to the point where we kept our personalised things.

Then we returned to that point where our bus left us by catching an auto rickshaw.Then I along with everyone else left for our lunch.
We were dropped in a point from where we have to walk about 1km to the hotel which was reserved for the lunch.The name of the hotel was PEACE which was much cliserctc the seashore.we reached at the hotel nad then took a little refreshment and had our lunch.Then we sat for a while and went to enjoy the charm of the beach , we took photographs and groupies together.It was about 2:30pm in the lukewarm noon and spent the whole noon enjoying the isolated and the most beautiful seashore.
well that's the things we did in Puri.Yeah I enjoyed a lot with my friends even the worship to Lord Jagannath went well as expected and our journey from Bhubaneswar to Puri gave me a tremendous as well as lovely experience.what else you need when you have friends and a beautiful destination to cover.Well that was not the ending of my trip neither it is the ending of my blog.

This trip wasn't only a fam tour but also you can say a mission towards SWACCH BHARAT ABHIYAN.We went Puri in a mission to make aware people about cleanliness and less use of plastic.we collected the used plastics and stored it for further recycling......
