Day 3

Day 3 , after having experienced flying in Himalayas there was now time to explore the Tibetan town and talking of that , this place has about 5 monasteries in the proximity of 10 kilometers . The monasteries in bir are true artistic inspiration , the bright coloured carving on walls , the bench of priests , their co-ordinated clothing , the way they chant takes you to Tibet in that moment . Like there's one you will see in the pictures , that's sherabling monastery and the drive is through dense calm jungle . Ideal time is between 4 to 6 as you get to experience the prayers and many of them do close by for visitors around 7 . Aaah  how can i miss the last part of the trip , shopping and interacting with locals about their routine and how they like their evenings to be . You know what they practically grow everything back home from wheat , rice to vegetables . Evenings mostly they like to drink and feast with dear and near ones . I found mostly everyone from cafe to my pilot to these shopkeepers very warm. And they reciprocate so well. Time very well spent . You really need not to be in a group if planning a trip to bir . Go through the last lot of memories from bir , hope it inspires you enough to having backpacked :)
