This is a story of My Machine(Toofan), and Me. I started this solo ride from kochi, kerala to Nawadah, Bihar covering a total distance of 2980 kms in 3 days 10 hrs passing through Nine States( kerala, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Chattisgarh, Jharkhand and Bihar). The route i followed was Kochi- Bangalore- Hyderabad-Nagpur-Raipur-Ranchi-Nawadah. The roads were very good throughout except while approaching Nagpur due to construction work. I would suggest riders to avoid riding at night as the route taken by me was Asian Highway which has truck traffic at night. I used to ride early morning so as to avoid the General traffic of city. Also, i would request everyone to use all safety gear mandatory for bike ride (full face helmet, boots, knee and elbow guard, gloves) and most important aspect is servicing of bike prior commencement of ride. I also had few breakdown, thanks to Royal Enfield service centre (Bangalore and Raipur) for immediate assistance. There are various Food courts and Dhabas across the route which had amazing food. During my trip i met lot of people, they were happier than me that i am doing this. It was a lifetime experience.
