A solo trip that did not take a lot of planning. A friend's suggestion that turned out to be a masterpiece. There are somethings which you have to do alone and taking the plunge was a good idea! Learnt a lot and most of all experienced a lot!

Situated in Madikeri, this is a place for people who love to hear the falls. The downhill walk is accompanied with bird chirps and later a magnificent scene. You can spend time looking at the trees, click snaps and just spend time with yourself

A forest around Kushalnagar which is an island surrounded with bamboos and teak. This place is calm and has a lot of animals and birds within. Though elephants and deer are the only not the shy ones

You haven't experienced much of Kodagu. If time was short I can understand that but so many better places have been missed out on your journey.

Your article on solo travelling in Coorg is very amateurish. Not much information to go by and very brief descriptions about the places visited. You don't have to be a professional writer to present a good review or write-up.

Are these all the places you've been to in Kodagu district? You haven't seen much of Coorg then. I could name you so many places but I'm sure you can find that info on the web.

I don't know how long you were in Coorg but you should give yourself at least 2 to 3 weeks to go solo travelling in Coorg if you really want to explore the place.

How many days did you spend solo travelling in Coorg? When you visited Abbi falls you should have also visited some coffee plantations. There are many of these plantations in the surrounding area.
