Bhutan is indeed an extremely beautiful country with a very warm culture and a breathtaking view. We started our journey from New Delhi Airport and landed in Baghdogra. From here we travelled by road to Bhutan(Pheutsholing). The 4 hours journey made the trip more exciting. On our way, we had delicious sweets from the local shops. We reached Pheutsholing in the evening and the weather was amazing. We checked in to Hotel Lakhi which was quiet pretty with traditional Bhutanese Architecture. After spending about a day in Pheutsholing we went to Thimphu-the capital of Bhutan. Buddha's Point is a must visit. We stayed at Hotel Kisa here which was a beautiful hotel. You can buy some traditional wear from the local markets in Thimphu. When it comes to food, Ema Datshi.kewa Datshi and red rice is a must try for all. It is simply delicious.

After 2 days stay in Thimphu we travelled to Paro, the most beautiful city of Bhutan. There are many nice resorts here.Tashi Phuntshok and Uma Paro are one of the best hotels here. A Traditional stone bath is very famous here .Paro Airport lies in the heart of the city. The clear waters and the warm culture makes Paro more attractive. The people are very friendly here.

Afterspending 2 days in Paro we went back to Delhi from Baghdogra airport.

It's been 1 year since I visited Bhutan and still I can't get over it. All thanks to Thomas Cook for a wonderful trip.

I am so obsessed with this country that I am planning a trip again here. ;)

Paro is the most beautiful city of Bhutan.Very peaceful and breathtaking view.

A nice hotel with traditional Bhutanese architecture lies in the heart of city,Pheutsholing.
