Adalaj Step well, Is not Just a step well in the History of india , but an effort of A Wife (Rani Rudadevi) to complete the dream of Her Husband in order to fulfil the need of water for people of their Dynasty.
What makes this stepwell the most beautiful amongst other is its series of platforms and galleries built on the side of the stepwell. It looks like a tales of unrequited passion and events are revolving around it.
