Rediscovery Cruises - Its recuperation time with some backwater therapy!

Day 2

And suddenly the hiding sun appears! Away from the hustle and bustle of the Goan beaches and pubs, this is a quiet and serene place which should be visited by every traveler at least once in his lifetime. Discovering this place and service was the best example of serendipity.

This lazy lad soaking up some sunlight early morning! You get to spot a lot of birds and alligators here as the Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary is just opposite the jetty. This is the perfect nature set up. Rush to this place if you are a nature enthusiast. Rediscovery Cruises also provides you with information books, where in you can find all the necessary data on these beautiful birds.

I couldn't click a picture of the birds. But we definitely saw this beautiful little birdie known as the gull billed tern flying around.  You will also get to see many Storks and  Kites having a merry time hunting for fishes.
