This trip was a restaurant-discovering spree! We went to all the possible restaurants/cafes/eating joints which had something different to offer. Although we exceeded our estimated budget, we thoroughly enjoyed. Along the way, The Irish Village Brewery, opposite The Hard Rock Cafe, became our favorite restaurant. We still go there every time I am in Pune. It has great food at reasonable prices. The travel costs were way too high, if one can manage to hire a bike or borrow from a local person, the cost would be reduced considerably. The auto-rates shoot up enormously at night, and one has no choice but to take them, due to lack of other options.
I'd highly recommend one to have the chocolate chip pancakes at Peter's Pan, cheese balls at 11 East Street Cafe, sizzlers (veg/pork) at The Place, spaghetti at The Irish Village and Signature Hot Chocolate at Starbucks! Due to time constraints, we did leave out some amazing restaurants, which can hopefully be included in the next trip. ;)
