Day 1
I visited Kerala in October 2018. One of the things I loved in Kerala was road trips through the beautiful hills, spice gardens, forests and tea gardens. I stayed in Kerala for 6 Days. But the best one was a scenic drive from Thekkady to Kumarakom. Thekkady is famous for spice gardens and Kumarakom is popular for its Backwaters. The total road distance from Thekkady to Kumarakom is 120KM and will take approx. 4 hours. You can go via bus or book a private cab.
