It is said that there is no better way to experience the remote coast and Aboriginal culture of the Tiwi Islands than sailing in the magnificent catamaran, the Sundancer. With its shallow draft, our small group (just 4 double cabins) can gain unique access to the Aboriginal culture on the Tiwi Islands with a visit to the Pirlangimpi community and the renowned Minupi Arts Centre. We will also join a cultural tour on Bathurst Island with local specialist staff. Sailing across the Arafura Sea via the turtle nesting location of Bare Sand Island completes this unique cultural adventure. During the 4 day voyage we enjoy the fun and adventure of sailing as well as the comfort of a well-appointed vessel as we explore some of Australia's most remote Islands.
