Triund Trek- In between continuous rain

Day 1

Triund trek located in McLeodganj, Himachal Pradesh is one I was thinking about to trek from few last time & I got this chance once again with my colleague Bengali Babu Moshaye, who was with me at Kheerganga trek also.
So once again, we started our journey to McLeodganj on weekend as we are private sector employees & our boss don't give a damn about our dreams of being at top of mountains until our weekly reports aren't submitted. So, after finalizing our weekly reports & handling it to our HOD, we bid adieu to our work & reached Kashmiri Gate ISBT to board our bus which we've already booked in morning during our office hours .

Around 10'o clock bus started from ISBT  & our journey of another adventurous trek begin as we all know that time it was raining heavily in whole Himachal Pradesh & I'm guy who was born in Haryana & grown up in Delhi, so it's a dangerous combo for any guy. I told Vijay, my colleague not worry about rain we'll make to Triund top anyhow.

Day 2

So, the bus reached around 12'O clock next day morning to Dharamshala, where we deboard & changed our bus which will take us to McLeodganj. It was raining when we were at Dharamshala & it goes on until & their are no sign that it'll stop. After we reached McLeodganj, we started walking towards Dharamkot, from where we start our trek & thanks to Vijay, who'd buy some snacks which were life saver for us during our trek as we haven't eaten anything that day. It was a moderate trek with some bend & curves of huge mountains, but continuous rain makes us tired.  On the way we saw many beautiful landscapes, enough to take our all frustration towards our aimless life.
Whenever I saw mountains, they always make me feel complete. Its one of my bucket list dream to live in mountains, well after lots & lots of walking on slippery route we finally reached at Triund top.
Rain was getting thicker & thicker, we didn't have any pre-booking of any cottage or tent at top but by Mahakaal (Lord Shiva) grace we got one tent for 2 person, in the middle of rain we set up our tent & pack ourself in it. Due to dense clouds we are unable to watch any scenic view that night but it was an amazing experience for myself to spend whole night in a tent with continuous rain pouring.
While in tent I thought that this heavy rain resembles Lord Shiva anger towards humanity as we humans are littering his Dhauladhar kingdom & Lord Shiva wants to tell that if nature is beautiful than it can also be terrifying & deadly. We all must respect nature as we all are tied with it. Just like we all want respect for ourselves without even doing anything, nature deserve much more respect as it is giving us his all, even more than that.

I need to go toilet that night but it was so cold & due to continuous heavy rain I wasn't even want to come out of my sleeping bag. I remember, I was praying to Lord Shiva that night to stop rain for just 2 minute & I'll be quick as much as I can but it didn't work out. He didn't listen so, I don't know how quickly I came out of my sleeping bag & from tent and came back...but it was really-really fast
I guess,I was much faster than Mr. Bolt that time.

Day 3

Next day, early morning we came out of our tent it was still raining heavily, but now visibility level is much better than last night, we click some pictures as we don't get any chance due to rain than we walk towards cottage kitchen where we'd our breakfast & some chillam and chai with a friendly & nice person who's also the owner of the cottage. Last he insisted us to stay in cottage room but it was my #khujli to stay in tent. Thanks to the sleeping bags he provided to us, we'd an amazing night. We were rolling joints inside tent till 1-2am than sleep comfortably.

After refreshing ourselves with delicious breakfast we started coming back & the path of the Triund trek from which we came yesterday from, now huge waterfalls are running & I guess, if I wants to compare yesterday route with today, I'll surely don't want to come again but than I realise my last night thought that it was all happening due to we humans wrong doings with mother nature. So, I just say say sorry to Lord Shiva in my heart & started coming back to McLeodganj. All goes well & we came down around 2'o clock afternoon and at McLeodganj we'd our Lunch which was really delicious.

My only regret on this trek was not able to watch sky full of stars for which Triund is famous for, but I guess it was all written in God's book. Because of that night I'm a different person today as I was before that. Now, I saw everything with a change perspective, everything that we all have is by God grace so we must respect it & never forget that he's continuously watching us and if we didn't take any decisions today to help our mother nature than surely we all will suffer and that I don't want to see. As we humans deserve much better than that, we must earn respect in the eyes of our lords and that only way I guess was to take care of our nature, our surroundings & never forget to #smile whether you're under any circumstances.

Remember, Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies.

So, now I hope that I'm able to make my point as my english isn't that good (sorry for that). I don't have that much education 🙏🙏

Om Namah Shivaye..!!
