Universal studio Singapore : It is a part of Sentosa island, which is a very beautiful, amazing and adventurous place. Ambience is perfect, you'll best Pictures of yourself and it is the best place for a person who love adventurous rides. Rides include the Human, the cyclone ride, the mummy revenge then the Madagascar ride, then Hollywood theme, water ride and many more interesting rides.
You can visit there any time though best time to visit is between November-feb. I visited in mid December and weather was fantastic, it was a rainy season too but Singapore looks more beautiful when it rains.
