This place is perfect as it is not so far from Houston. We drop from Houston and it took us around 45 minutes. It is great for families with kids who doesn't like to sit in car for long.
As soon as we arrived at guest entrance area. Things were ready for us. Speedy checkin and boom now enjoy your beautiful villa. Villa had amazing view of lake Conroe with balcony and patio furniture. Villa had all the utensils so no need to worry about carrying anything.
