Only city with airport, and located in a valley. One has to be really amazed when you see a flight landing in the valley. We happen to be present in Paro during their cultural festival and it was really surprising to see a lot of people from country side trekking and hiking their way to Park Dzong to be present in the festival. Old women and men piggy backing there grand children is a very common sight, making one realize how much efforts they put in their daily chores.

Capital of the country and one of the most cleanest/organized place in the face of earth. With population so low and tourists outnumbering them, the local authorities have done an excellent job keeping city clean. All the car drivers/owners respect pedestrians unlike in India. People are very kind and helpful.

Punakha is extremely serene place sitting on the banks of a river. Punakha Dzong is by far the largest Dzong we came across in Bhutan and is mesmerizingly breathtaking.

one of the highest point on the face of Bhutan. This place is also a view point of K2 and other Himalayan peaks. The view is amazing and you can enjoy the view sitting at Druk Wengyel Cafe. This place is also known for 108 chortums the queen established in memory of war martyrs.

Weather changes so frequently, Fog/Mist keeps hiding your tracks
