Shimla is pure love.....my favourite place that takes back to the memory lane again and again. This trip was a road trip, which took 3 hours to reach Shimla from Chandigarh by Car.
At Shimla if you want to enjoy luxury with perfect view and amazing food....just book with Raddison Jass, situated near Aukland tunnel. You can get to the ridge from hotel in just 10 mins through Lakkar bajar.
Here are a few lesser known places from my trip, that are a must visit apart of usual places like church, kufri,jakku temple etc.!
Advanced study/Viceroy lodge Shimla: This place has a beautiful british architectural palace and a museum.
How to reach: Either take a half an hour walk from mall road to this place or can take a minibus from lakkar bajar bus stand or old bus stand.
Take a morning visit to this place and come back to mall road for lunch.
Explore Tibetan market and other shops at mall road.
Krishna Bakery:This bakery situated on mall road is a must visit to enjoy their famous kukrej and tomato soup.
End your day by enjoying night view at Ridge.
