Talking about the tallest structure in the world, the Burj Khalifa, in most cases you go here to see the view of the city from the 124th or 125th floor spending about an hour and a half and going back to your hotels or next place on the list. But have you ever thought of going to a restaurant inside the Burj which has so many things to offer! I am talking about an Indian Restaurant, Armani Amal.

HERE ARE 5 REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD GO TO ARMANI AMAL-

‘Armani’ a name that is wedded by words like luxury or grandeur and one of the descendants of this grand wedding is ‘Armani Amal’. Amal in Arabic means hope or aspiration. If you want to witness a state of elegance and style then this is a MUST place to visit if you are ready to spend on a bit higher side (it’s worth it). What makes Armani Amal a must visit place? Here is a list of 5 reasons why you should not miss this place-

1) INSIDE THE BURJ KHALIFA

Yeah! I am talking about the tallest building. Once you enter the 163 storied building via the entrance of Armani Hotel, you will enter a beautiful lobby and the people there will guide you to your destination. You can also see above you the never ending structure when you are inside it. When at Armani Amal, you get an option to sit indoor or outdoor. I’d suggest you to sit outdoor. Why is that? That’s the second reason.

2) THE BREATHTAKING VIEW OF THE FOUNTAINS

Imagine a scene where you are having your food and you are inside the tallest building and you are viewing the world’s second largest choreographed dancing fountains. Wait a minute... That does happen when you are here. Firstly, the music inside the restaurant is soothing and when the Fountains turn up, the music of the fountains is played with the speakers here which adds on to the view and also the sound. The fountains are displayed between 6pm to 11pm with an interval of 30 minutes in between that last around 5 minutes. Every time a different music and different style is portrayed. My favorite was the Mission Impossible tune!

3) AMBIANCE

You are welcomed inside the restaurant by musicians playing Indian instruments making the impression a positive one as soon as you get in here. As mentioned earlier, the restaurant has an option of indoor as well as outdoor seating. The indoor seating nevertheless is attractive and looks rich. The restaurant is surrounded by an imposing atmosphere. The indoor seating is spread out. My personal recommendation would be to opt for the outdoor seating or the terrace seating as it is called. You require a reservation to come to this restaurant, make sure you tell them that you want the terrace seating. The terrace seating is simply breathtaking! The wooden floor that you step on, the walls of the terrace that reflect is actually the body of the Burj with aluminium and textured stainless steel, making it a splendid experience.

4) FOOD AND DRINKS

The food and drinks here will surely gratify different taste buds. Exquisite Indian cuisine is what you are going to experience here. Be it samosas or chicken tikkas for starters, Biryanis or lamb/prawns curry with Naan for main course and so much more! You get all that here with an Armani twist! Not to forget the delicious dessert that was augmented with something really precious, it was Gulabjamun with 24 carat gold layered on it! You can avail the set menu here that is really worth it and is as large as the building in which you are enjoying it. All the vegans out there need not worry as there are many options for you guys too! Amal also provides a variety of mocktails and cocktails. You may also get a chance to go to their kitchen and have a conversation with the Chef there.

5) THE SPECIAL TREATMENT

You are going to click loads of pictures here with the fountains behind you; you are going to click pictures of the beautiful place and would also click something that is still above you, the Burj. However, the staff makes it easy for you by generously offering to click your pictures like a model! If you are there for some occasion or just for a normal dinner with your family or friends, you are bound to receive the best compliments from Armani. We got a complimentary cake and a rose for the occasion. The staff at Amal makes it a top notch experience for you by their amazing hospitality and kindness.

When you look above you, it’s the tallest building, when you look down you get a high view of the fancy fountains and when you look back after you have been here, your memories are even taller than the tallest building and even fancier than the dancing fountains.
