We always think, traveling to Amsterdam is expensive, but here is how you can plan it under 80K and cover the main attractions in off season.

Day 1 : Land in Amsterdam

The first trick for a budget travel is booking the cheapest flight. I booked my flights almost 4 months prior to my travel . Cost : 35000 INR ( All inclusive return fare) Carrier: Indigo Airlines

I landed on 31 January and was greeted by an awesome view at night..

Day 2 : Dam Square

I planned my trip in a way that I chose to stay in same studio for 10 Days which is near to public transport and daily amenities.

Booking a studio with Kitchenette lets you save the unnecessary food cost .

Hotel Details : Hotel2Stay ( Sloterdijk ) , Cost : 35000 INR ( No meals)

The hotel was in front of the bus station & near to the heart of the city and grocery stores. Since the hotel has kitchen in the studio , you can cook all you want . Post my breakfast ,I took tram and visited Dam Square and markets around on my Day 2.

For Shopping : Primark , C&A

Foods to Try : Mannekenpis Fries , Stroop Waffles

Beautiful morning view from the hotel

Finally you can visit the famous Red Light district ;).

The city has a lot to offer for every gender and age.Zoo for lil ones over redlight area, pubs , casino etc. for adults and parks for oldies to relax. The vibe of the city is so amazing that i keep going back there everyyear :)
