So it was my first trip with my friends to "Udaipur- The City of Lakes". We left from panipat around 4 in the evening to Delhi. From Delhi our train was around 7:10pm to Udaipur. The journey in the train was beautiful and enjoyable. We reached Udaipur Railway station at 7 am in the next morning.
So from the station we hired taxi to the hotel. In the hotel we rest for 3 hrs and then we headed towards City Palace. The view from the City palace was amazing and beautiful. Then we went to Jag mandir which was in the centre of the 'Lake Pichola'. One can reach there by the boat which are provided by them. Then after seeing sunset from Jag mandir, we went to 'Baghore Ki Haveli' where Rajasthani folks and dance are performed. Then we went back to the hotel and had dinner at the Nataraj Restaurant.
Next day, we went to Fateh sagar lake in the morning.The view was very beautiful. From there we went to the Monsoon palace which was on the top of the mountain.The journey on the mountain was around 5kms. Cabs are provided for the convenience.Monsoon palace is a beautiful place ,everyone must see sunset from there. Then from there we went to the hotel.
The very next morning,we went for some shopping in the market of Udaipur. One can bargain easily there. People of Udaipur are nice.Then we went in the malls of Udaipur and then in the evening we headed back to the station and train was 5 in the evening back to Delhi.
