Like any other capital. But the best part was the local transport, ISBT Dehradun has a good connectivity to every part. Took a bus to Rishikesh from ISBT. Places I saw: Buddhist Monastery and Robber's Cave.
Found it very dirty and filthy , but food and sweet lovers paradise. Ganga Aarti is something not to be missed if you are there.
