The Maharani temple also known as Mohineshwar Shivalalaya and was built by the wife of the erstwhile ruler of Jammu and Kashmir in 1915. It is the royal temple of the erstwhile Dogra kings of Jammu & Kashmir and this shrine is dedicated to Lord Shiva
