I see you Phat si-io! #FoodJourney

This dish is called 'Pad See Ew' and is made from flat rice noodles, sweet soy sauce and veggies and garnished with crushed peanuts to give it a nutty flavor, much similar to Pad Thai. One of the yummiest dishes I've ever had the privilege of tasting
