Hi, My family and I just went to the WestJet Airlines Bangkok Office to ask questions regarding baggage allowances. Everything was nicely explained by the informed staff. They were incredibly friendly and eager to assist. We didn't have to wait long, and the office was tidy and welcoming. We came away from the wonderful experience feeling informed and pleased with their customer service.
