If you are tired, anxious or just need a break from life, this yoga and meditation retreat in Old Manali’s Doghari Homes is made for you. Your instructor will be yoga and pilates trainer Lauren Elizabeth Bamford, who will teach you to tap into the healing power of your own body and expand your inner and outer horizons, at this multidimensional yoga retreat.

Homestay details

  • Doghari Homes in Old Manali, Himachal Pradesh. Guests stay in garden-view and mountain-view deluxe rooms on a twin-sharing basis. Rooms will be allotted based on availability. Free stay for children below 6 years. This homestay is pet-friendly, but any damage caused to carpets, floor etc will be charged.

  • How to reach
    Cab: It will take 8-9 hours for the cab from Delhi to the location.
    Bus: Volvos are available from RK Ashram and ISBT Kashmere Gate in Delhi. Buses usually reach Manali around 11-12pm.
    Air: The nearest airport is Kullu-Manali Airport, 42 km from Doghari Home.
  • Arrive at Doghari Homes as per convenience
  • Introductory light yoga with focus on flowing movement at 5pm
  • Follow-up meditation and nature-based practice for energy cleansing and rejuvenation
  • Rest of the day at leisure.
  • Morning light flow yoga with guided relaxation with emphasis on breathing skills for increased calm and detox at 7am
  • Picnic lunch near the river
  • Evening yoga session at 5pm or later, dependent on moon cycle
  • Learn 5D guided meditation
  • Environmental energetic balance talk with questions and answers
  • Bonfire and musical night
  • Morning light flow yoga with guided relaxation with emphasis on awareness – deep body feedback and response for a healthier practice and body at 7am
  • Afternoon yoga session at 5pm
  • 5D Meditation progression + crystal alignment to relieve stress and pain.
  • Leave for home post breakfast
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner of pahadi food on all days. Plus morning and evening tea
