It's not depend upon your camera it's depend upon which quality you select to record. For example if you record video in 1080p it will need more storage compare to 720p

No, you might be able to travel upto kalpa. but from either sides public transport is stopped in winters.

Not required any transit visa. you can stay in waiting area inside airport till you next scheduled flight to Philippines. don't come outside airport. immigration will ask for visa then.
