Hi Bathri! Velliangiri hills are lovely for the views and treks. As far as I know, women are not allowed to climb here, so I would suggest not to make plans with female friends. You will get plenty of travel agent who will help you get on bike and make all your permits ready for you to travel and explore different parts of Sikkim.
