You can explore manali in just single day.. if your friends are with you rent A car or bike and visit the Prashar lake in kullu... it will be awesome experience.... there is only few buses to there thats why i suggest rentals..
I haven't been to Nepal but I definitely have been to Sikkim..so if you have 14 days to spend you can cover Sikkim as the place is beyond beautiful and pocket friendly as well..
Snowfall is a natural event. can't be predicted accurately the way we want to see the results. However December and January experience snowfall in Kedarnatha. But that doesn't mean that it snows every day during these 2 months
Day 1: Go to Basilica Of Bom Jesus and explore a few beaches in North Goa. Later go to the campfire in Baga beach. Day 2: Go to Arambol beach which s also known as Hippie beach and at night go to Club Cubana which is an awesome party place.
