Chang La Pass is one of India’s most renowned high altitude mountain crossings, and it is located in Ladakh. It is the world’s third highest motorable mountain pass and is located on way to Pangong Tso Lake, a major tourist site in Ladakh. It is a must-see during a bike trip in Ladakh.

Changla La is the world’s third highest motorable pass and serves as a route to the world-famous Pangong Tso Lake. The visual features of this location include the dry terrain, snow-capped peaks, and panoramic vistas of rolling valleys. Tourists can only pause for a hot cup of tea at the location, which is located at an elevation of 5,360 metres above sea level.

The whole section of Chang La Pass is made up of loose soil and slush on each side, and during the summer, it is cut by tiny streams across the road, making crossing difficult for bikes.
