Hampi is a Ancient village in Karnataka which is Vijayanagara empire's capital in 14th century , declared as UNESCO World Heritage site 15 years ago for its Heritage and Monuments .
This was a sudden bike trip with my friend but was my best ride till the date
It's like 400 kms from Hyderabad we have started our journey at 1AM And were there at 1:30 pm
The journey was too long because the National Highway between Mahaboobnagar and Raichur was really bad at that movement because of reconstruction of the roads
So after a long journey we are at hospet and booked a hotel called Genx nearby Hampi and took rest there for the night
And made a best schedule for next day
The day began with a treak for 25 minutes on matanga hill which is famous for sunrise and sunset
We were there for sunrise around 6:45 AM on the hill
The sunrise was the best one I had seen till that day
we have took some pictures
There were a group of people from Israel chilling out there really the scenery was awesome from the view point of matanga hill
Then we have been to virupaksha temple which is famous in hampi
The temple was old and so nice with the sculpture
Then we were been to Hemakunta hill temple which is near by Verupaksha temple
The greatness about the temples in hampi was the sculpture
The temple was neat and clean and a good spot for sunset
Vijaya vittala temple was dedicated to Lord Vishnu
By Sri Krishnadevaraya which is famous for Stone Chariot which was crafted in 16th century by the King
Which is printed on our new 50-INR notes
This was the best part of my trip this guest house named The Jungle Tree in hampi was the best to stay in hampi the multi cuisine food was great and the people who were working here are really entertaining one'
They play Tabla they sing songs
And they keep the best to entertain their customers
I am really happy about there service and entertainment really had a great food and stay here
Then at morning we went to hippie Island in hampi which is famous for holi.
They were like 60-70 people playing holi together we joined them and most of them were foreigners and remaining were local people really had the best holi in hampi with the local musical band
The famous place for holi in south india is Hampi
It's the best for group of friends going and chilling out there for 3 or 4 days
Then after bath we were been to hampi water falls and spent some time there had our lunch and we were back to journey
Beyond Rocks , Temple's, Hotels and Everything there is something in hampi to experience , Which made me a memorable Bike trip of my life ❤️
