Day 1

Day 2

Start the day with a good breakfast in the gardens of the homestay. Enjoy fresh apples, homemade jams and local delicacies
Leave for Banara village at 11am from where your 5-hour trek to the Soroutoo camping site begins.
Today, learn all about finding a trail, the basics of cooking while camping, camping etiquette, and safety guidelines
Start walking uphill from 2,100 m. Your trek today will cover thick alpine forests and lush meadows
Stop at the Takshak Nag Temple to eat your packed lunch
Reach an altitude of 3100m above sea level and set up your own camp here
Enjoy a 360 degree view of the snow-capped peaks and learn to spot the major mountain peaks around
As the sun sets, enjoy stargazing with a bonfire and dinner at your campsite

Day 3

Wake up early to a scenic sunrise in the mountains and take some time to get some scenic photos
After breakfast, begin the 4-hour descent back to Banara village. From here, drive back to the Green Mountain Lodge
Have lunch and then spend some time at your own leisure
Enjoy a BBQ and bonfire at night
