Dandeli National Park

Dandeli National Park is nestled amidst the Western Ghats of India. It is spread across a massive land of 834 sq.km in Uttara Kannada district of Karnataka. Dandeli National Park consists of rich flora and fauna. It is one of the most popular tourist spots in the state. The park is famous for its adventure activities like jungle safari, boating, kayaking, coracle rides, bird watching, etc. Dandeli reserve is known to be the largest sanctuary in Karnataka and is home to approximately 11 tigers. Hubli airport is at a distance of 80 km from Dandeli. Dandeli National Park consists of other attractions such as Magod Falls, Syntheri Rock, Shivaji Fort, Kavala Caves, Molangi Falls, Anshi National park, etc. The forest area is thickly covered with the dense vegetation. Camping is famous in the area, and there are plenty of camping options available.
