Kerala's best-kept secret, Gavi is a beautiful hill station and a thriving eco-tourism spot. Daily buses and jeeps can take you to Gavi, and private vehicles are also allowed after getting the required permission for entry. Since there are no shops in Gavi, you have to carry your food, water bottles and all other necessities along. Gavi is a great spot for picnic, trekking and camping. A flourishing wildlife can also be witnessed in the forests of Gavi. The sweeping landscape, foggy routes and different species of plants make up for good walks and photography tours in the thick Gavi forest. Gavi is a mystical place which offers a rejuvenating experience to all the nature-lovers as well as to those who like travelling to offbeat places.
