dodabbeta peak

Also known as the Dodabetta or Doda Betta, this is a part of the Blue Mountain range or the Nilgiris. Moreover, this peak is the highest among all others in this range and is noteven very far from the beautiful Ooty. The distance of just 10 kilometers can be easily covered by cars or buses. Trekking is the first thing to be enjoyed here and as you will reach the peak, you will find an observatory here. In the top floor of this observatory is a glass surrounded gallery where you will see are two telescopes. These can be used to enjoy the surrounding places to its best.
