Mukutmanipur Dam

Mukutmanipur is a tourist town in the Dustric of Bankura and the Dam here is the second largest earth dam of the country. The town is situated on the confluence of the Kumari and Kangsabati Rivers and is very close to the Jharkhand Border. This town along with Jhilimili are very popular mainly because of their picturesque sceneries, lush greenery blended with the blue tracts of water. There are also small parks and lots of fields filled with growing crops and vegetables to see here.
