We flew from hyderabad, it was an 2hrs flight.
We stayed in raddison blu palace resort and spa. The hotels are completely in theme of actual traditional feeling of palace. The architecture and lights gives you a great feeling.

After check in at hotel, we were really hungry and asked pur cab driver for the best places to have dinner . Trust the people there are so friendly and have a ready to help nature.
He suggested to go to rajwada bites and its really worth it. As it was winter and temperature comes down in nights, there was a bonfire to keep us warm and the restaurant has also got a traditional rajastani dance . Do not forget to eat the authentic laal maas (mutton) and enjoy the show. You have a different variety of combos for veg and non veg . We are done with the dinner and went back to hotel and has rest .
This city has a specific name. Its known as the city of lakes . Previously when the kings ruled and water isnt available,they made artificial lakes so that it will be easy to access water .
We went for a morning walk near the fateh sagar lake, which is at walkable distance from the hotel. The city is free from pollution comparatively and definitely you will enjoy walking. I went back to the hotel to have pool side breakfast. The hotel has got all types of cuisines.
Later in the day we went to see the famous city palace. One part of the palace is only allowed to have a visit, as the king and his family stays in the other part. The palace has also got rooms for visitors to stay,but a prior booking is necessary. Make sure you get a guide along with you to this palace because every room has got its own explanation with detailed architecture involved in it .
Day 3, today is all about small and cute experiences for foof
try one of the finest cafe called JHEEL cafe for brunch. Its has got the amazing mocktails and pizzas. Also if you want to truly enjoy the rajastani palace feels, try the hi-tea party at the hotels you stay. Hi-tea has the best tea’s of rajastan with masala and cardamom etc which would start around at 3pm and end at 5pm.
Also if time permits, have a look of the jewelleries. They have got the best polki sets.
For dinner, wine was the best best and also the cocktails at radisson blu.

The entrance of the hotel is via boat ,located in the banks of pichola lake.
Later in the evening, you can request the hotel for a boat ride and do not the miss the sunset ride in the pichola lake no matter what.
You can also visit a place called jag mandir for a evening snack and coffee.
Jag mandir was built by the king especially for the ladies in his family to perform the holy services.
The last day..
We had to leave in the afternoon to catch our flight.
In the morning we decided the visit the karni mata temple where people in Udaipur worship and believe
You can either climb the steps or choose a rope way.
The temple is located on the top of the hill with an amazing view.
As we still had time to board the flight, we decided ok visiting a small exhibition called SHILPGRAM , which show the actual villages of rajastan with the huts , articrafts and proper essence of rural people.
