- Lee Garden Camps, Choj in Kasol, or similar
- Meet up at Pal Travels Office, Majnu ka Tila, New Delhi at 5 pm or before
- Board a semi-sleeper volvo bus for Kasol in the evening
- Overnight journey to Kasol
- Wake up in the mountains and enjoy the view
- Enjoy your day at Kasol
- Have a small trek till Chalal
- Then come back to campsite for rest
- Visit Manikaran in the evening for the hot-water spring bath
- Relish delicious dinner at campsite followed with bonfire for two hours with light music till 11 pm
- Have breakfast at campsite
- Enjoy the last day of the year by making lovely memories
- Jungle walk for interested participants shall be arranged
- Welcome the New Year with good vibes, music and dance
- Have dinner at the campsite with bonfire for two hours
- Have heavy breakfast and check out from the campsite
- Sit, relax and unwind your senses
- Listen to the beautiful sound of gushing water, and end your trip with fun and laughter
- Board a semi-sleeper Volvo bus in the evening
- Overnight Volvo journey till Delhi
- Transfers: Delhi-Kasol and Kasol-Delhi in a semi-sleeper Volvo bus
- Meals: 3 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- Bonfire (2 hours) for 30th and 31st night
- Light music on 30th till 11 pm and good music on 31st till 12:30 pm as per village policy
- Stay in luxurious tents (5 sharing basis)
- Lunch on all the days
- Personal expenses
- Entry fees, if any
- Anything not mentioned in the itinerary
No refunds or exchange is offered in cases of force majeure: i.e. in case an accommodation goes unused, a meal is missed, sightseeing is missed due to strikes, excessive traffic, road blocks, strikes or any such factor beyond our control.
No refunds are offered in case of hotel and facilities not being up to your expectations, the same will be considered on case to case basis.
Bookings cancelled one month prior to travel: 10% cancellation fee will be levied
Bookings cancelled 7-5 days prior to travel: 30% cancellation fee will be levied
Bookings cancelled less than 7 days to travel: no refunds will be offered
