01) Cancellation of booking is subject to the rules & regulation of the hotel & our service charges

are concerned by hand on such cancelation.

02) Postponement of date will be treated as cancelation and will be subject to availability.

03) Subject of Manali Jurisdiction.

04) EP : Room Only ; CP : Room + Breakfast ; MAP : Room + Breakfast and one meal ; AP : Room + All Meals

05) No change is permissible when one package is confirmed.

06) If the desired hotel is not available due to any reason whatsoever, we reserve the right to shift our customer to similar hotel.

07) Check-in and out Time will be 12 AM, if the client needs room early then it will be as per availability at hotel.

08) Major Sight Seeing point Rohtang Pass are closed on Tuesday at Manali.

09) Under the Volvo tours, pickup service is not included from Airport / Station to Bus Point and from Bus Point to Hotel.

Cancellation Policy :-

Between 15 days to 30 days prior to departure - 50 % of Package Cost

3 to 15 Days prior to departure - 75 % of Package Cost

Less than 24 hrs to 3 Days prior to departure - 100% of Package Cost

Force Majeure/Natural Calamity - Full booking amount to be refunded

SOME CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES ARE OUT OF OUR TENDER:

Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy

Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy

Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

LAW & JURISDICTION

For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by The Countryside Travels

, will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Court of Manali.
