We have included the sightseeing to the famous residence of British Vice Roy's of India the Vice Regal Lodge, also known as the Indian Institute of Advanced Studies, Birds Park, home to some of the rarest Himalayan Pheasants, The Mall Road and The Ridge. No refunds or exchange is offered in cases of force majeure: i.e. in case an accommodation goes unused, a meal is missed, sightseeing is missed due to strikes, excessive traffic, roadblocks, strikes or any such factor beyond our control.
Rooms are allotted by the Hotel and we don’t have any role in deciding the location or category of the room.
All our bookings are done for base category rooms in all hotels unless booked for a higher category room.
No refunds are offered in case of hotel and facilities not being up to your expectations, the same will be considered on case to case basis.
90% amount will be refunded if the cancellation is done 15 days before the departure.
50% amount will be refunded if the cancellation is done 7 days before the departure.
No refunds will be applicable if the cancellation is done within 7 days before departure.
