Event of force majeure" means an event beyond the control of the authority and the operator, which prevents a party from complying with any of its obligations under this contract, including but not limited to: Act of God (such as but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, heavy snowfall, drought, tidal waves and floods); Participating in adventure activity is your own risk

29 -15 days prior to the departure of the tour - 50% of the total tour cost or initial deposit amount whichever is higher.

14 days or less prior to the date of departure or a "no show" on the tour - 100% of the total tour cost.
