The information about winter trekking in India in this article is misguiding. Half of the places you have mentioned aren't even open during winters due to heavy snowfall. What is the point of writing an article if the details mentioned are incorrect? Will request the writer to research well before publishing an article on trusted websites.

Are these pictures real that you have showcased for winter treks in India? They look sublime, the most beautiful places I have ever seen. Didn't know such gorgeous treks existed in India. Need to definitely plan a trek soon but will start with something easy and small. Any suggestions on where should I begin from?

I am an avid fan of trekking. Last year I had my first experience of trekking in Himachal. Ever since then, I've caught this bug of pushing myself to trek as much as I can. This list of winter treks in India comes at a perfect time for me. I will surely be covering all of them within a year.

Till date I have covered Deoriatal trek, Har ki Dun, Kumar Parvata Trek. Believe me when I say, they were tough. Each one was a different struggle and an experience that I will never forget. I'm planning to cover the Chadar trek soon as part of my winter treks in India wish list. Will keep you posted with the difficulty level.

Out of your entire list of winter treks in India, I'm sad to say that I've only done the Kumara Parvata Trek. For me, it was one of the most difficult treks I've ever done and I would not want to do it again. It was very nerve wrecking but I guess the adrenaline rush helped me out.
