This Holiday Voucher is valid for purchases made from tripoto.com only and is valid till 31st March, 2021. (Except dates: October 23 to October 25, November 10 to November 20, 2020, December 23 to January 3, 2021, March 7 to March 13, 2021 and March 25 to March 30, 2021)

Products and services are subject to availability, you can suggest three preferred dates and finalise with the hotel based on room availability.

The reservation needs to be confirmed at least 30 days prior to the date of travel. Once a reservation is confirmed, amendments or modifications to it will be based on the hotel’s policies.

Each voucher is applicable for a minimum of 1 (one) and / or a maximum of 2 (two) adults sharing a room, depending on the hotel’s terms and conditions. Additional occupants shall be allowed as per hotel policies and at an additional price payable as deemed by the hotel.

The Holiday Voucher can also be booked through the Tripoto mobile app.

In case of transaction failures, the amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards as per the bank’s policy.

Multiple Holiday Vouchers can be bought and combined and used on one transaction. There is no cap on the number of vouchers an individual can purchase.

The Holiday Voucher cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash.

The Holiday Voucher validity cannot be extended under any circumstances.

The Holiday Voucher to be produced at the time of check-in along with an ID proof (or online via email with the hotel prior to the visit) for the redemption.

Tripoto is not responsible if the Holiday Voucher is used without your permission.

Tripoto is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.

In no event, the liability of Tripoto for any claims shall exceed the value of the Holiday Voucher.

In the event of any dispute, parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of New Delhi.

This is for individual use only, travel agents found using these would lead to cancellation of the booking and no refund would be made.

Tripoto further expressly disclaims any warranties or representations in respect of quality, suitability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, performance, safety, or legality of the services listed or displayed or transacted or the content on the website.

Use of hotel facilities as per house rules.

Any additional activity consumed at the hotel apart from the inclusions (like an additional meal, extra adult, extra child, room upgrade, etc.) has to be paid directly at the hotel.

Tripoto shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of service providers nor any breach of conditions, representations or warranties by the suppliers or service provider and hereby expressly disclaim any and all responsibility and liability in that regard.

The check in time is 11:30 AM and the check out time is 10:00 AM.

Documents to Carry: Govt ID Proof (PAN Card, Driving License, Passport, etc.)

Cancellation Policy: Once a voucher is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Any and all reservations are non-refundable.
