Customer needs to pay the full amount before the travel start

Once the customer books any package, he will not be able to cancel the package without the cancellation fee

The cancellation fee depends upon the duration of the booking date and the travel date

If the customer wants to cancel the booking within 24 hours from the booking time, then there are no cancellation charges

If any refund required, it depends upon concerned the hotel's cancellation policy

Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations, any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, etc. need to be borne by the guests

Per person rates (in INR) - applicable on 2 people staying together sharing the same room

Service tax extra (as applicable)

The package does not include guide services. These can be availed at an additional cost

Meal plan: EP - Accommodation only, CP - Accommodation with breakfast, MAP - Accommodation with breakfast, lunch or dinner, AP - Accommodation with breakfast, lunch and dinner

The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals, long weekends and new year

Transportation shall be on sharing basis and as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)

From the booking date till 15 days before departure: 10% of the package cost

7 days before departure: 30% of the package cost

3 to 7 days before departure: 50 % of the package cost

Less than 24 hrs to 3 days before departure: 100% of the package cost

There are no cancellation charges if there are no cancellation charges from hotel and cab
