The above itinerary is suggested tour plan. The Company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the company are suggested services and Company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
Company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour.
Any claim related to the package must be brought to the notice of the Company within a week.
Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
If the Company is unable to provide accommodations at the booked hotels due to natural or unavoidable circumstances that interrupt the expected course of events, the clients will be provided with equivalent or higher category accommodations.
There will be no refund for unused nights or early check-out (In case of Medical condition it completely depends on hotel policy).
The hotels in Andaman are self-rated and the rating mentioned by Routes and tours against every hotel is based on average OTA ratings, quality of services and rooms offered by the hotels
The check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotels
Standard check-in/check-out time in Andaman are: Port Blair - check-in at noon & check out at 8:00 am, Havelock Island - - check-in at noon & check out at 8:00 am, Neil Island: - check-in at noon & check out at 8:00 am
A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room & the third occupant of the room shall be provided with a mattress/rollaway bed.
Cab shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be on disposal basis in Andaman. It runs only runs on point to point basis for transfers and sightseeing. The guest needs to adhere to the pick and drop timings mentioned by the local coordinator. We will not be responsible/liable for the consequences if the same is not followed.
In case ferry service (Makruzz, Coastal Cruise, Green Ocean etc.) is not operational due to weather conditions, technical issues or other unavoidable reasons, we shall make the best possible alternative arrangements. However, Routes and Tours will not be liable for any refund claims arising from this and will not be held responsible for cancellation of the ferry. Routes and Tours will not be liable for any refunds for hotels nights not consumed in lieu of the above. We will not be liable to incur any additional charges for accommodation in lieu of the above, and the same shall be borne by the traveller. In case if the cab is required on disposal basis, the same can be arranged at an extra cost (Approx cost 5000 to 8000 INR per vehicle) with (8 Hrs - 80 km) running and between 10:00 AM to 6:00 P.M. Cost may change without prior notice & vehicle is subject to availability).
The price does not include expenses of personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage and camera fee etc.
The city museums and monuments / Cellular Jail remain closed on Mondays while Ross Island remains closed on Wednesdays.
Light & Sound Show is for a 1-hour duration and the no. of shows, timings and language is subjected to change without prior notice by the local administration.
It is advisable to the guest to seek doctor’s advice before undertaking activities like Scuba or Sea Walk, especially in case of any pre-existing medical issues.
Travellers visiting beaches in Andaman are advised to carry an extra pair of clothes.
The boats to Elephant Beach are managed by a local boat association that need the travellers to fill consent form individually after which boats are allotted based on rotation and sharing basis. Due to limited boats, the guest may have to wait until their boat is allotted and we have no control over the wait time.
Water sports activities and excursions may be subject to weather conditions.
Any tour, if missed due to closure or maintenance issues, all efforts will be made to cover the sightseeing subject to time permitting.
The Andaman has very limited ATM facility so we advise the traveller to carry sufficient cash.
The network connectivity in Andaman is very poor and there is a high possibility that travellers will not be able to use internet & banking cards (carrying sufficient cash is advised to guests).
Most of the hotels provide complimentary internet facility at the lobby level but most of the time the connectivity is very poor.
Foreign Nationals need to clear immigration at Port Blair, where they are issued with a RAP (Restricted Area Permit). This permit is to be carried by the foreign national at all times and would be required at the time of check-in at the hotel, during security checks before boarding vessels, landing on every island etc. It is mandatory to carry a valid original passport and visa to obtain the RAP. Photocopies/scan copies are not accepted.
Routes and Tours reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons such as Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation/re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. While we will do our level best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
In case a flight gets cancelled, Routes and Tours will not be liable to provide any alternate flights within the same cost; any additional cost incurred for the same shall be borne by the traveller.
Please carry a valid identity proof (Passport, Driver's License PAN Card etc.) as they are required during check-in.

Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
