For two or more families travelling together, rooms cannot be guaranteed side by side or on the same floor as rooms are allotted depending upon check out of guests

As a courtesy to all group members, we maintain a rotational system of seating in the coaches

Any meals en route will be provided at the best possible local restaurant/dhaba/packed meals and will be vegetarian

There will be no refund on unutilised services

Per person, prices are quoted on a twin-share basis (2 persons sharing a room)

A maximum of 3 adults + 01 Child is allowed in one room

The third adult of the room shall be provided with a mattress/rollaway bed

Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking

In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of a similar standard

Check-in and check-out times in Andaman Hotels are midnight & 09:00 am respectively. Guests need to maintain the times

Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at the disposal

City museums and monuments remain closed on Mondays while Ross Island remains closed on Wednesdays. If any visit is missed due to closure or maintenance issues, all efforts will be made to cover the sightseeing later on. In any case the city museums, Cellular Jail sightseeing gets missed, we will try to offer alternate sightseeing, however, no refund will be made for any missed sightseeing

Snorkelling is a complimentary activity and in case this is missed due to any reason, there would be no refund/compensation for the same

It is advisable to seek your doctor’s advice before undertaking activities like Scuba or Sea walk, especially in case of any pre-existing medical issues

Zenith Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this

Due to any unavoidable reason, if the guests can’t proceed to Havelock & Neil Island from Port Blair and vice versa, the overstay expenses at the hotel in respective place will be borne by the guests by making the extra payment directly at the hotels

It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID’s (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID

In the case of a/c cruise are not operational due to weather, technical or other unavoidable reasons, Zenith Holidays shall make the best possible alternative arrangements. However, Zenith Holidays will not be liable for any refund claims arising from this

Due to any circumstances (due to weather condition/ferry schedule changes/force majeure conditions), if Ross Island tour can’t be operated we will try to provide alternate sightseeing options if time permits

There will be no refund for any unutilised service

Service tax shall be applicable over and above the prices

Clear 30 working days or more before the date of departure of the tour or for non-payment of the balance tour cost within the stipulated time frame - 25 % of the package price per person

Clear 29 to 15 working days before the date of departure of the tour - 50% of the package price per person

Clear 14 to 7 working days before the date of departure of the tour - 75% of the package price per person

Less than 07 clear working days before the date of departure of the tour - 100% of the package price
