To visit Cellular Jail Sound & Light Show, all guests will need to share Aadhar Card details.

The boats to Elephant Beach are managed by a boat association who need individual guest to fill a consent form after which boats are allotted based on rotation and sharing basis.

Due to limited boats, the guest may have to wait until their boat is allotted and we have no control over the wait time.

Please carry a change of clothes, towel, cap, sunglasses, and sunscreen and wear comfort clothing for the beach trip.

If Elephant Beach is not operational (due to weather or rough sea) then alternate sightseeing of Kalapathar Beach will be provided.

Please note: A 2% payment gateway charge will be levied on the balance payment made using credit or debit card.

The guest requires to submit the cancellation request in writing. The cancellation charges (irrespective of the reason for cancellation whatsoever) applicable are indicated as follows.

More than 45 days in advance: INR 5000 per person

Between 45 -30 days in advance: minimum booking deposit amount

Between 15-29 days in advance: 75% of the tour price

Within 14 days before the date of departure or in case of no show: 100% of tour price

In addition to above cancellation charges on the main tour, there will be cancellation charges levied for additional flight tickets or pre and post-tour hotel bookings or transfers etc. booked through us as per the standard terms of the respective service-provider along with service charges of 10%.

If your full payment is not received 30 days before the departure date, the booking stands cancelled without any prior intimation and the amount received by the Maharaja Holidays will be forfeited with no refund.
