General Policy
The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-10 years.
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
The inclusion of 'extra bed' with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 12 PM local time and the standard check-out time is 12 PM local time. After booking, you will be sent an email confirmation with the hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.
The room tariff includes all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.
The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Optimus Trips will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

Transport Terms and Conditions:-
Optimus Trips is an online travel agency. It does not operate vehicle services outside Lucknow. In order to provide a comprehensive choice of vehicle operators, departure times and prices to customers, it has tied up with many vehicle operators. Optimus Trips advice to customers is to choose vehicles only they are aware of and whose service they are comfortable with. Any issues or grievances related to travel or operator will be entertained within 10 days of post journey. In any case, the liability will not be more than the voucher fare.
Optimus Trips is responsible for:
(1) Issuing a valid voucher (a voucher that will be accepted by the vehicle operator) for its' network of vehicle operators.
(2) Providing refund and support in the event of cancellation
(3) Providing customer support and information in case of any delays / inconvenience
Optimus Trips is not responsible for
(1) The vehicle operator's vehicle not departing/reaching on time
(2) The vehicle operator's employees being rude (although, this will not be of concern)
(3) The vehicle operator's vehicle seats etc not being up to the customer's expectation
(4) The vehicle operator canceling the trip due to unavoidable reasons

Hotel Cancellation Policy
If canceled within 30 days or more in advance, 75% refund for cancellation.
If canceled within 15-29 days in advance, 50% refund for cancellation.
If canceled within 7 days to 48 hours prior to check-in date and no show, no refund.
An additional 28% GST, already paid to the hotel, above the cancellation amount, will apply. No show or change in dates will be considered cancellation.
