All the tour vehicle will be based on the itinerary and fixed tour only and same is not at disposal for you to use the entire day

All disputes shall strictly be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts only

The entire advance shall be forfeited if the party cancels the tour, or fail to check-in on the arrival date

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to life or property of the customers during the transit or while staying in the hotel

We act as an agent of the hotels concerned/transport company and have no liability as to the principal

We shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience with the hotel reservation or transport arrangement during a sudden change in the itinerary

Any cancellation made 20 days before check-in time will lead to a 75% refund

Any cancellation made 19-15 days before check-in time will lead to a 50% refund

Any cancellation made 14-10 days before check-in time will lead to a 25% refund

Any cancellation made less than 10 days before check-in time is non-refundable

However, the cancellation policy is subject to change as per the airline, hotel or tour vendor policy
