All the bookings are confirmed against advanced payments, therefore we request you to send us 50% advance at the time of booking and the balance amount should be made 10 days before the check-in date, failing which the booking will be automatically released.

Please note that 80% advance payment needs to be made in high peak season.

Once the payment is done, kindly call us to re-confirm you can also e-mail us the copy of the bank deposit slip.

Children below 5 years are complimentary.

Children between 5 -10 years are without an extra bed as mentioned in cost column (CNB = Child No Bed)

Children between 5 -10 years with extra bed as mention in cost column (CWB = Child with Bed)

Above 10 years/Extra adult with an extra bed sharing room are same & charged as per (EPSR).

Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced if asked by the hotel.

50% of the package cost will be charged if the package is cancelled before 15 days from the date of arrival.

75% of the package cost will be charged if the package is cancelled before 10 days from the date of arrival.

100% of the package cost will be charged if the package is cancelled within 7 days from the date of arrival.

No refund will be entertained in case of unused nights or services/early checkout.

No refund will be entertained if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, civil/political disturbance, or anything beyond human control. But there will be full co-operation from the entire team to make an alternate arrangement in such cases.

We are not responsible for room cancellation or the cancellation of flight/ferry.

We are not responsible for cancellation of reservation due to climatic change.
