All water activities are subject to weather condition.

Lagoon Tourism reserves the right to change/ modify or terminate the offer anytime at its discretion and without any prior notice.

Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made in case sailing does not take place due to weather or payload restriction. However, Lagoon Tourism will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to non-sailing of ferry and will be governed by our cancellation policy.

The itinerary flow is subject to change.

Rooms are subject to availability, in case the rooms are not available then similar category rooms in similar hotels will be provided.

We will not be liable for any refunds/ compensation claims arising out of the reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/ flights, cancellation/ re-routing of flights, closure of/ entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc.

City museums and monuments remain closed on Mondays while Ross Island remains closed on Wednesdays. If any visit is missed due to closure or maintenance issues, all efforts will be made to cover the sightseeing after returning to Port Blair from Havelock/ Neil, if time permits.

In any case Makruzz/Green Ocean/Sea Link/ITT Majestic/Govt. Cruise is not operational due to weather, technical or other unavoidable reasons, we will not be liable for any refund claims arising from this.

Any refund claims on the complementary part of the package shall not be entertained.

If the cancellation is done 60 or more days before the date of departure: full refund will be given

If the cancellation is done between 45 and 60 days before the date of departure: 50% of the tour cost will be refunded

If the cancellation is done between 30 and 45 days before the date of departure: 25% of the tour cost will be refunded

If the cancellation is done in the last 30 days before the date of departure: No refunds will be applicable

Peak season: If the booking is done between December to January, the payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation
