Vehicle is not at disposal – means it is for transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary.

Seats allotment in the vehicle is on first come first serve basis at the venue, irrespective of the booking dates.

Cellular Jail is closed on Monday

To visit Cellular Jail Sound & Light Show, all guests will need to share Aadhar Card details.

Light and Sound Show at 18:00 hrs or 19:00 hrs, depending on ticket availability.

Carry valid photo id (PAN Card not accepted) as the same is checked before boarding ferry.

The boats to Elephant Beach are managed by a boat association who need individual guest to fill a consent form after which boats are allotted based on rotation and sharing basis.

Due to limited boats guest may have to wait until their boat is allotted and we have no control over the wait time.

Please carry change of clothes, towel, cap, sunglasses, and sunscreen and wear comfort clothing for the beach trip.

If Elephant Beach is not operational (due to weather or rough sea) then alternate sightseeing of Kalapathar Beach will be provided.

The check-out time of hotel in Havelock is 8:00 am in the morning. Please be there on time for your scheduled transfer from hotel to boat-jetty for boarding private ferry.

All sightseeing or excursions are subject to ferry operations. We may need to cancel / alter the sightseeing / excursion in case the ferry gets cancelled due to weather or any other technical reason.

In case the date of travel falls within 30 days of date of travel, full payment is required to book on the tour. The balance payment: the balance full payment has to be paid 30 days prior to date of travel. If the guest fails to pay the balance payment 30 days prior to date of travel, the registration on the group tour gets auto-cancelled and the initial deposit amount will get forfeited.

Please note: A 2% payment gateway charge will be levied on the balance payment made using credit or debit card.

The guest requires to submit the cancellation request in writing. The cancellation charges (irrespective of reason for cancellation whatsoever) applicable are indicated as following.

More than 45 days in advance: INR 5000 per person

Between 45 -30 days in advance: minimum booking deposit amount

Between 15-29 days in advance: 75% of the tour price

Within 14 days prior to date of departure or in case of no show: 100% of tour price

In addition to above cancellation charges on the main tour, there will be cancellation charges levied for additional flight tickets or pre and post tour hotel bookings or transfers etc. booked through us as per the standard terms of the respective service-provider along with service charges of 10%.
